Here’s everything you need to know about booking with me, including details on enquiries, timelines, booking fees, and more. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out!
Waiting List System
Please be aware that I am currently accepting new clients through a waiting list system. To secure an appointment, you’ll need to join the waiting list first.
This approach helps me manage bookings in a way that prevents my calendar from filling up too many months in advance, allowing for better scheduling flexibility. I reopen my calendar every one to two months, prioritizing clients with ongoing projects and those on the waiting list, based on the order in which they joined.
For new projects, the wait for an initial appointment is typically around 3-6 months. Once we’ve discussed your project, you can secure your place on the waiting list by paying a deposit, which confirms your commitment to get booked in as soon as possible.
When your spot becomes available, I will reach out by email with a selection of open dates. If the dates provided do not work, I’ll move your name forward to the next available booking window.
Clients with ongoing tattoo projects can schedule all follow-up appointments at once and will not need to return to the waiting list. These clients are given priority when booking subsequent appointments.
This format provides clarity on the process and expectations for clients at different stages.
If you are traveling from abroad and need adjustments about an appointment date, let me know and I will provide flexibility regarding your booking.
Booking Deposit
To secure your appointment, I require a non-refundable deposit between £50 and £150 depending on the length of your appointment. This goes toward your final tattoo price and is mandatory to confirm your slot in the calendar.
The deposit needs to be paid within 72 hours of scheduling your session/slot on waiting list. If it’s not paid by then, your spot might be given to someone else.
Tattoo Costs and Payment
The total price of your tattoo depends on lots of different factors such as the type of design, the size of your project and where you want it to be done.
You’ll pay the rest of the cost on the day of your appointment, after the deposit is deducted. You can pay in cash, via bank transfer, or through PayPal (using Friends and Family) if you’re from abroad.
I will always provide an approximate quote for your project before I book your appointment, though it is sometimes difficult to give a specific price as it will depend on the amount of time I will spend working on your tattoo since I charge per hour/per full day. I will always provide a maximum price to expect to make sure it involves all factors, and I won’t increase it if it takes me longer than expected to finish it. If I end up taking way less time, you’ll pay less than the original quote.
As a general indicator : my rate is about £110/hour, £350-400 for half a day, and £600-650 for a full day. For full arm sleeve projects, I always need between 5 and 7 full day sessions to get it fully finalized.
Design and Consultations
I can offer free consultations, especially if it’s a tricky piece, a cover-up, your first tattoo, or if you need advice for a project you’re struggling to build in your head.
Consultations help us go over your ideas, figure out placement, and give you the chance to ask any questions. After this has been done, I’ll send you the appointment details and deposit info.
If you want major changes to the design after the consultation, additional fees might apply.
I don’t send final designs ahead of time, but there’s always time on the day to make small tweaks if needed. It’s better to talk through these in person !
Deposit Policy
The deposit is non-refundable for any reason – whether it’s due to canceling, not showing up, or rescheduling outside the allowed timeframe.
If I myself need to cancel or reschedule, I’ll either transfer your deposit to the new appointment or refund it – your choice.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Canceling: If you need to cancel, please give me at least 72 hours’ notice. If you cancel after that, your deposit is forfeited.
Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment with at least 72 hours’ notice without losing your deposit. You’re allowed to reschedule once; after that, a new deposit will be required.
No-Shows: If you don’t show up and haven’t let me know beforehand, your deposit is gone, and I won’t be able to book you in again.
Running Late
Be sure to arrive on time. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we might need to shorten the session or cancel it altogether, and you’ll lose your deposit.
If you’re running late, please email me straight away or send a text on Instagram as soon as possible.
Health and Safety
Make sure to tell me about any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before your appointment. If something comes up and you haven’t told me, I may have to cancel, and you won’t get your deposit back.
Come to your appointment if you are feeling well, hydrated, and sober. If you’re visibly sick or show up under the influence of alcohol or drugs, the appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited.
I follow strict hygiene protocols. If you notice any issues with your tattoo afterward, reach out for advice. While I’m not a doctor, I can offer helpful guidance.
Age Requirement and Guests
You must be 18 or older to get tattooed, and you’ll need to show ID at your appointment.
Please don’t bring minors to the studio.
You can bring one friend for support, but let me know ahead of time. Only one guest is allowed IN THE RECEPTION due to limited space in the studio and to keep things focused.
Design Changes and Artistic Integrity
I reserve the right to adjust or turn down any design if it’s not feasible, offensive, or technically impractical. If this happens, I’ll explain why and suggest alternatives.
If the design is too small for longevity, I’ll suggest resizing or tweaking it. If we can’t agree on adjustments, I may decline to do the piece, as I want your tattoo to look great long-term.
All designs are my intellectual property and cannot be copied or used without my permission.
Touch-ups
Minor touch-ups are free within 1 year after your last appointment if you’ve followed the aftercare instructions.
Touch-ups requested after that period or due to neglecting aftercare will be charged.
Responsibility
I’m am not liable for any reactions, infections, or other issues that arise if you’ve not followed the aftercare instructions correctly. If something doesn’t seem right, get in touch with me for advice.
Privacy
Your personal information is kept private and is only used for scheduling and communication about your tattoo. Please check my Privacy Policy which you can find on this website.
Changes to These Terms
I may update or change these terms at any time. If there’s a major change that affects your appointment, I will let you know in advance.
